Michelle Hand

Michelle began volunteering at BHS as a receptionist in 2010 after retiring from a career in the accounting profession as a chartered accountant. Having worked in public accounting, regional government and in her own business, she is excited about bringing her expertise to several projects at the shelter. She has lived in Burlington for over 20 years with her family- which includes Bella the cat!!

“I am so happy to be a part of such a great organization of staff and volunteers at BHS, who provide a wonderful, caring environment to Burlington’s dogs and cats in need.”
